1. Agreement

By registering for and attending this conference, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to protect the integrity of the event, the safety of all participants, and the quality of the shared experience.

2. Nature of the Event

This conference includes educational talks, experiential sessions, and demonstrations related to hypnosis, consciousness, and personal development. Participation is voluntary at all times. Attendees are responsible for their own level of engagement and may choose to opt out of any exercise or experience without explanation.

This event is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment. No diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice is provided.

3. Eligibility & Personal Responsibility

By attending, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older

  • You take full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing during and after the event

  • You will inform the organisers privately if you believe participation in hypnosis or experiential work may not be appropriate for you at this time

If you have a history of severe mental health conditions, epilepsy, or other conditions that may be affected by altered states of consciousness, you agree to consult a qualified healthcare professional before attending.

4. Hypnosis & Experiential Sessions

Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention and does not involve loss of control. However, responses vary between individuals.

You acknowledge that:

  • Results are individual and not guaranteed

  • Emotional responses may arise during or after sessions

  • You participate at your own discretion and pace

You may stop participating in any hypnosis or experiential process at any time.

5. Code of Conduct

To preserve a safe, respectful, and high-quality environment:

  • All participants are expected to act with courtesy and integrity

  • Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated

  • Harassment, coercion, or inappropriate physical contact is grounds for removal

The organisers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour compromises the experience or safety of others, without refund. Full Code of Conduct can be found here.

6. Tickets, Pricing & VAT

All ticket prices are displayed inclusive of 23% VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Tickets are issued for a specific event and date and are subject to the published Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Tickets may be transferred to another participant in accordance with that policy.

7. Refunds, Transfers & Cancellations

Refunds, credits, transfers, and event changes are governed by the official Refunds, Transfers & Exceptional Circumstances Policy, as published on the event website. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.

8. Force Majeure

The organisers are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, public health emergencies, travel disruptions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, reasonable alternatives such as rescheduling or credit toward a future event will be offered, as outlined in the refund policy.

9. Photography, Video & Recording

Photography, audio, and video recording may take place during the event for documentation, educational, or promotional purposes. By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in such materials unless you notify the organisers in writing prior to the event.

Unauthorised recording or distribution of conference content by attendees is not permitted.

10. Intellectual Property

All conference content, including talks, materials, processes, and recordings, remains the intellectual property of the organisers and presenters. Materials may not be copied, shared, recorded, or distributed without prior written consent.

11. Travel & Accommodation

Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, insurance, and related arrangements. We strongly recommend personal travel and event insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

12. Limitation of Liability

The organisers shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from participation in the event. Participation is undertaken at your own risk.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.

14. Acceptance

By completing registration and attending the conference, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
