Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure the integrity of the event and the experience for all participants, the following policy applies.

Cancellations by Attendees

  • Up to 31 May 2026: A full refund will be issued, less a €50 administrative fee.

  • Between 1 June and  31 July 2026: A 50% refund will be issued.

  • From 1. August 2026: Tickets are non-refundable.
    However, tickets may be transferred to another participant at no additional cost, subject to prior notice. Transfer requests have to be made in writing to support@hypnosummit.pt.

  • No-shows: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All prices include 23% VAT. Any refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Exceptional Circumstances (Force Majeure)

In the unlikely event that the conference is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, public health emergencies, travel disruptions, or other force majeure events — the following will apply:

  • Tickets will remain fully valid for the rescheduled event date, or

  • Attendees may request a credit toward a future event of equal value.

Refunds will not be issued in cases of force majeure, as costs and commitments will have already been incurred. We will, however, always act in good faith to offer fair and reasonable alternatives

Travel & Insurance

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation.
We strongly recommend purchasing personal travel and event insurance to protect against unforeseen changes to plans.

By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to this refund and cancellation policy.

Exhibitor Refund Policy

​

Exhibitor registration may be canceled with full refund (less a €50 processing fee) provided written notification is received any time up until ten (10) weeks prior to the conference start date.

A 50% refund is available for exhibitor registration provided written notification is received between ten (10) weeks and six (6) weeks prior to the conference start date.

No refunds will be granted within six (6) weeks of the conference start date. In the case of an emergency, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the leadership team following the conference.

Refund requests should be submitted in writing to support@hypnosummit.pt.

Force Majeure: Hypno Summit Portugal will not be held responsible for any costs or damages incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
